Booking information for your vacation

Arrivals and departures are usually on Saturdays. We will be delighted to assist you with your special requirements (e.g. different day of arrival/departure) and promise to do our best, depending on availablities and vacancies of rooms. Check in is from 3pm, check out by 10am.

We are looking forward to having you stay at our hotel. As this is a very special time in our house we need to make special arrangements for this time of the year, which means that guests need to arrive by December 25th, and leave not earlier than January 1st. You are very welcome to arrive earlier and/or stay longer (depending on availability of rooms). Between December 25 and January 1 it is not possible to stay in our hotel for less than the entire period.

When a reservation is made the General terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) are applicable and agreed upon. One month prior to your arrival, in case of arriving later or departing earlier, we charge 70 % of the costs of your booking, in case the room(s) cannot be rented otherwise.

You can pay your invoice in cash (Euro, Swiss Francs, American Dollar), by travellers’ cheques or advance payment (without extra costs). For payments after your vacation we charge an extra EUR 10. We DO NOT ACCEPT any CREDIT CARDS. Beverages are to be paid (in Euros) to our waiters and waitresses.

The closest cash point is located in Kremsbrücke (distance 11 km). All our rates are listed in Euros and are per person and day, VAT included.
