Our core team is comprised of 35 staff, we also train apprentices. Approx. 90 % of our staff members live close to the hotel and we are very proud to employ locals.
Our chef Manfred prepares culinary delights and has been working for us for the past 29 years, Trude, who is in charge of keeping the guest rooms and suites clean, has been working for us for 10 years, Reinhold is part of our team since 1999 and Gottfriede has been our wonderful waitress for the past eight years.
As our hotel is family owned, the hosts get massive support from their family: the landlord’s father is in charge of the farm and purchases everything for our hotel kitchen, the landlord’s mother is master of bookkeeping and brother Harry is head of service.

Upon successful completion of the hotel school in Innsbruck, the army came. In 1996 I came back into the family business, which I took over in 2000 and since then manage with my team.
Reception, office, organisation
She manages the hotel together with Christian Frühauf and is available to guests at all wishes and suggestions.
